Stretch marks

As the name suggests these marks are caused by overstretching of the skin, destroying its elasticity and resilience. This generally happens when a sudden weight loss follows weight gain and vice-versa; that is why, these are so common after pregnancy. The skin on the abdomen stretches during pregnancy. After delivery big stretch marks appear there. Stretch marks can also develop on the breast, thighs and upper arms. To deal with this use the nourishing creams.
