What is cataract?Cataract is a clouding of the crystalline lens of the eye and it also define as waterfall or where the flow of a river changes dramatically which is characterized by blurred vision, glare, halos around lights, colors that are less bright, a cloudy spot in your vision and, sometimes, temporary vision improvement. This disease is mainly caused by the factor like increasing age, but there are additional factors, including smoking, diabetes, and excessive exposure to sunlight and if it develops may cause to the severe visual impairment. It affects nearly 20.5 million Americans who are of age 40 and older and after age 80, more than half of all Americans develop cataract. It can occur in both eyes but cannot spread from one eye to other. What are the causes of cataract?Cataract is increase with the age and it is mostly seen in the between 40-50. In America it is it is mostly occur r to the person who cross the age 40 and increases as age increases. The exact cause of this disease is not known but there are some factors which may associated with cataract and they are as follows-
